Job Summary
Senior IT Project Manager for Infrastructure & Operations leads large, cross-functional programs with multiple interdependent workstreams, owning delivery strategy, sequencing, and execution. Responsible for planning, monitoring, and ensuring predictable delivery, securing necessary resources, and driving adherence to scope, budget, and timelines. Defines and improves project delivery standards, influences senior stakeholders, and manages program budgets and capitalization of labor costs. Requires Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, 7+ years in IT, PMP or equivalent certification, experience across Infrastructure and Cyber Security, proficiency with MS Project/Smartsheets/JIRA, and strong leadership and communication skills. Hybrid work arrangement in Poland; must hold work permit and residency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years IT professional experience – including managing projects and/or programs
- PMP certification or other project management certification
- Experience managing projects in Infrastructure and Cyber Security domains
- Proven delivery of large-scale programs and cross-functional/global initiatives
- Demonstrated stakeholder influence at senior levels
- Ability to work with and manage third-party vendors
- Experience with both waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Proficient with MS Project, Smartsheets, and JIRA
- Strong people leadership in a matrixed environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a deadline-oriented environment
- Capable of multi-tasking across projects
