Job Summary
Senior IT Project Manager to lead healthcare IT projects across EHR, clinical applications, and enterprise infrastructure in a hybrid (Boston, MA) setup. Requires PMP certification, 10+ years of project management experience, and aBachelor’s degree (master’s preferred). Responsibilities include planning and delivering complex healthcare IT initiatives, partnering with executives, clinicians, IT, and vendors; managing scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications; driving PMO governance and process improvement; mentoring teams and fostering accountability. Experience with IT domains including cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, end user computing, telecom, and data analytics; strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery; vendor management and executive-level communication are essential.
Required Qualifications
- PMP certification required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of project management experience
- 8+ years leading healthcare IT or other regulated environment projects
- Experience with EHR, clinical applications, infrastructure, or enterprise systems
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
- Strong background in IT infrastructure required including IT Domain, Security
- Experience with vendor management and executive-level communication
