Senior IT Project Manager

Job Summary
Drive project planning, execution, governance, status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication for cross-functional technology initiatives supporting Curriculum Associates' global EdTech platform. Define scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans while independently facilitating meetings, decision sessions, and executive updates. Coordinate teams across India and the US, monitor quarterly milestones, and ensure timely escalation through appropriate governance channels. Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Business Operations, and external vendors to deliver high-impact projects involving enterprise applications and integrations. Own Steering Committee reporting and leverage AI tools to enhance project delivery and team productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years of managing enterprise technology projects
- Proven experience managing medium to large cross-functional technology initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working directly with US-based business teams
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar
- Less than quarterly travel
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies
- Experience working in a Hybrid delivery model
- PMP or other project management certification
- Exposure to Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related platforms) and experience managing projects involving Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or integrations
- Familiarity with reporting automation, business intelligence, and data visualization concepts
- Experience collaborating with data engineering, data governance, analytics, or business intelligence teams to define reporting requirements and enable data-driven decision-making
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve project delivery and team productivity
- Promote the adoption of AI-enabled practices that enhance collaboration, decision-making, and operational efficiency across projects
