Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional IT business systems initiatives involving enterprise platforms and external vendors. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones while managing scope, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time, in-budget execution. Drive execution across multiple workstreams, facilitate alignment between business objectives and technical solutions, and provide executive-level status reporting. Coordinate vendor deliverables, support change management and go-live readiness, and enforce project governance standards to improve delivery predictability.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of project or program management experience, with a focus on IT business systems
- Proven experience leading large, enterprise-scale, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong understanding of enterprise platforms (ERP, billing, payments, CRM, integrations)
- Experience managing external vendors and system implementation partners
- Demonstrated experience integrating acquired companies into core business systems following M&A activity
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Experience with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery methodologies
Desired Qualifications
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
- SaaS or high-growth technology environment experience preferred
