Job Summary
Senior IT Project Manager leading the delivery of the FFS program within Australian Red Cross, driving digital transformation, coordination across multiple streams, and ensuring governance, budgets, and executive reporting. Guides cross-functional teams and external partners through agile and waterfall methodologies, with strong stakeholder engagement, planning, and risk management to modernise billing and service delivery and strengthen financial controls and compliance across service lines.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications specifically a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline is essential along with relevant substantial experience.
- Project Management certifications (PMBOK, PRINCE2 or similar standards)
