Job Summary
Senior IT Project Leader responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects and programs, leveraging Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Lead planning, scheduling, requirements gathering, and governance to ensure scope, schedule, and budgets are met. Drive stakeholder engagement, cross-functional team leadership, risk and issue management, and governance compliance to deliver measurable business outcomes. Hybrid work arrangement based in Columbia, SC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, finance, or related field
- 7-9 years of relevant project management experience
- Advanced knowledge of project management principles and methodologies to include Waterfall and Agile
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
