Senior IT Program Manager

Senior IT Project/Program Manager sought to join Iron Mountain's Enterprise IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance team in a remote UK role. You will lead GRC programs and certifications, coordinate ITGC audit support and remediation (e.g., SOX, SOC 2, FFIEC, country regulatory audits), drive risk mitigation and control implementation (IAM, lifecycle management of hardware/software), optimize governance processes, and define metrics/KPIs. The role emphasizes translating audit requests into clear, actionable data, collaboration across IT Operations and Information Security, and fostering a culture of compliance awareness. A Bachelor's degree and UK government clearance (or eligibility) are required; PMP is preferred along with other certifications (CSM, ACP, 6-SIGMA, PgMP, ITIL).
