Job Summary
Lead a portfolio of complex, cross-functional IT programs within ENGIE North America Digital Supply, driving programs from intake through delivery and aligning with business priorities. Establish and maintain key PMO policies, collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize project requests, coach and mentor project managers, develop and execute program activities (schedules, budgets, resource planning), escalate risks to ensure on-time delivery, design and deliver program communication plans, define lifecycle phases and metrics, collect data to govern programs, maintain trackers, and build trusted stakeholder relationships to enable informed decision-making and long-term business impact. This role emphasizes delivering programs on time and within scope while improving efficiency and governance, with a hybrid work policy (three days in office, two remote).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of five (5) years of Project Management, IT solution delivery, Agile concepts and practices in a related field.
- A minimum of three (3) years of Retail Energy Industry, IT Product Management/Owner or related field.
- Working knowledge of waterfall project management methodologies and their application across program delivery.
