Job Summary
Own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Unified Security Platform, aligning IT/OT cyber risk reduction with enterprise objectives. Define and orchestrate MVP and pilot deployment phases while translating strategic intent into prioritized outcomes for delivery teams. Lead value-based prioritization using WSJF and OKRs to balance run, grow, and transformation investments across cybersecurity, architecture, and business stakeholders. Represent the platform in governance forums and coordinate with managed service partners to ensure service quality and sustainability. Track platform-level OKRs and KPIs tied to security outcomes, risk reduction, and capability maturity. Clearly articulate the USP vision and roadmap within the first 12 months.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, platform management, cybersecurity, or technology leadership roles
- A minimum bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
- Office based with travel up to 40% by land or air
- Driver based environment
- Subject to all weather and varying road conditions
- Demonstrated experience owning enterprise-scale technology roadmaps, investment tradeoffs, and value realization
- Familiarity with technology and cybersecurity platforms spanning IT and OT environments
- Product & Platform Management Skills
- Strong strategic thinking and roadmap development capabilities
- Experience in both long-term roadmap and near-term prioritization decisions
- Proven ability to influence delivery without direct authority
- Experience balancing long-term strategy with short-term execution realities
- Technical & Business Acumen
- Strong technical literacy across platforms, cloud, data, and cybersecurity domains
- Understanding of IT/OT environments and secure-by-design principles
- Familiarity with capability maturity models and risk-based prioritization
- Fluency in linking technical delivery decisions to business and risk outcomes
- Ability to translate business and security strategy into feasible platform capability roadmaps
- Ability to synthesize customer needs into scalable platform investments
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Experience in hybrid Product Manager / Product Owner roles
- Experience supporting platform rollout in complex IT/OT environments
- SAFe Agile Product Management, or Product Owner experience
- Experience with financial modeling and Lean Business Cases
