Job Summary
Manage end-to-end IT procurement lifecycle, including receiving RFQs/RFPs, soliciting vendor proposals, negotiating terms, and creating contracts. Execute PO creation and issuance, coordinate with VMCP for vendor registration, and ensure all open POs are closed while supporting pending payments. Act as subject matter expert in stakeholder meetings and deals, maintaining proper vendor communication and adhering to VMCP policies. Lead contract drafting, review, and execution; monitor the contract database and ensure proper file archiving. Utilize SAP Ariba for RFPs, contracts, and reverse auctions to achieve savings. Accommodate IT requests timely and assist internal customers with other VMCP tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Must have IT procurement experience or IT by profession
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred CIPS qualified or having active membership
- Banking experience is preferred
