Job Summary
Analyze and document current and future-state business processes for the DEA modernization initiative. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with government stakeholders and develop business process flows using Microsoft Visio. Support PMO activities including project reporting, governance, and documentation while developing SOPs and functional specifications. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of business solutions and assist leadership with process improvement initiatives. Prepare executive briefings, reports, and presentations while maintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance with federal standards. This role requires an experienced Federal Business Analyst with strong PMO experience and an Active Secret Clearance.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of Federal Government Business Analysis experience
- Experience supporting Federal IT modernization initiatives
- Strong PMO experience
- Requirements gathering
