Job Summary
Support workstream leads on planning, status tracking, and cross-workstream coordination for a multi-year Market Data to Data & Analytics Platform Migration programme. Prepare and run project meetings including agendas, minutes, actions, and decision logs while maintaining documentation, status reports, and management updates. Track open points, risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams, escalating to the Project Manager as needed. Assist with steering body document preparation, new member onboarding, and general project administration. This long-term opportunity runs into 2028 with remote work and monthly in-person meetings in Zurich.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years' classical PMO / project management support background
- Experience in IT and development team environments
- Experience on larger migration or platform projects
- Strong organisational skills
- Structured work style

- Confident stakeholder communication at working level
- Fluency in JIRA
- Fluency in standard PMO tooling
- Fluent English
