Job Summary
Senior IT Ops Analyst will monitor cloud and on-prem resources, manage incidents with escalation, and operate Azure Virtual Desktop. The role requires knowledge of networking, Identity & Access Management, and Update management (Patching), plus automation and scripting. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, availability, and security of Azure resources; provisioning, monitoring, and maintaining Azure Virtual Desktop services; pro-active incident troubleshooting and escalation; ensuring security policy compliance; conducting security assessments and patching; optimizing Azure resource usage for cost efficiency; maintaining documentation of Azure configurations and processes; providing US user telephony support as needed; and training peers on Azure best practices. Required skills include strong Azure experience, AZ-900 and AZ-140 certifications, incident management, Azure Virtual Desktop, and scripting (PowerShell, KQL).
