Job Summary

Manage Level 1, 2, and 3 IT support tickets for Hamburg HQ employees by triaging, discussing, and escalating urgent out-of-hours requests while developing technical understanding. Lead Tech Projects including Chrome OS rollouts, tool consolidations, and office infrastructure upgrades, alongside Tech Consulting that enables AI usage and benchmarks new applications for productivity. Utilize scripting, HTML, CSS, and AppScript to build bespoke functions and consult non-technical stakeholders on technical solutions. Requires 4+ years of IT systems experience, proficiency in Google Workspace and MDM tools, and knowledge of cloud infrastructure. Based in Hamburg with remote work options across Germany; travel to Berlin is common.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4+ years of proven professional experience in IT systems, systems engineering or a related field
  • Experience with IT support ticketing best practices, and analysis
  • Proven ability to work both independently, and as part of a team on Technology related projects
  • Profound knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Profound knowledge of Office 365
  • Profound knowledge of Mobile Device Management (JAMF and InTune)
  • Profound knowledge of other SaaS applications surrounding employee productivity, collaboration and security
  • Profound knowledge of AI tooling, specifically relating to employee productivity
  • Understanding on how to utilize scripting to build bespoke functions
  • Experience with web-front end HTML
  • Experience with CSS
  • Experience with AppScript
  • Experience with Typescript
  • Experience with Cursor AI
  • Understanding of the workings of cloud infrastructure
  • Understanding of code deployment practices and discipline
  • Generalist knowledge of office infrastructure (e.g. office WLAN, meeting room hardware incl neat)
  • Comprehensive knowledge and proven disciplinary action of domain management
  • Great people skills, being able to persuade and consult non-technical stakeholders on technical solutions
  • Ability to demonstrate methodology
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to maintain a security focus
  • Relevant IT Bachelors or Masters degree
  • German and English written and verbal communication
  • Willingness to travel, with the most common location being Berlin
