Job Summary
Senior IT Manager to lead and scale our corporate IT function. This role oversees IT operations, enterprise applications, cybersecurity initiatives, vendor management, and end-user support, partnering with Engineering, Security, People Operations, and Finance. Responsibilities include leading day-to-day IT operations, developing a scalable technology roadmap, managing core systems and IAM, strengthening cybersecurity and compliance programs, overseeing IT vendors and budgeting, and driving process improvements and automation across the IT organization. Ideal candidate has 8+ years of IT leadership, strong cloud/SaaS, IAM, endpoint management, and governance experience, plus certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or PMP are nice to have.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT leadership experience
- leadership of corporate IT operations and teams
- strong knowledge of cloud-based environments and SaaS applications
- experience with IAM, endpoint management, and cybersecurity best practices
- experience supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar frameworks
- vendor management and budgeting experience
- excellent communication and leadership skills
