Job Summary
Provide technical leadership and end-to-end ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Central, and related business applications, driving architecture, configuration, and platform stability. Review and oversee Microsoft AL extensions, lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production issues, and remain hands-on with solution delivery including configuration, testing, and deployments. Drive enterprise data governance, reporting, and integration solutions while designing and implementing SQL queries and data validation logic. Lead cross-functional technology programs using Agile, manage budgets and project risks, and act as the senior technical escalation point for critical incidents. Partner with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain leadership to deliver scalable solutions that support retail operations and strategic growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
- Eight or more years of progressive experience supporting and leading ERP and enterprise business systems
- Demonstrated experience remaining technically hands-on while leading teams
- Strong experience with ERP, POS, CRM, eCommerce, APIs, SQL, reporting, integrations, and cloud technologies
- Experience leading enterprise projects from architecture through production support
- Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile delivery, data governance, cybersecurity, and vendor managements
- This is a hybrid opportunity (4 days in office)
