Job Summary
Senior IT Manager to lead and scale Front Row’s IT function across NYC headquarters, San Diego, and globally distributed teams. Responsibilities include building IT strategy and operations, managing infrastructure and systems (endpoints, Google Workspace, Azure AD, MDM, SSO), overseeing network infrastructure, developing and enforcing security policies aligned with SOC 2 and ISO 27001, vendor and MSP management, and leading onboarding/offboarding for a distributed workforce. Requires 5–8 years of IT experience with at least 2 years in a lead/management role, strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Azure AD, MDM, network management, and a track record supporting distributed environments; preferred experience in PE-backed or rapidly scaling organizations. Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of IT experience
- At least 2 years in a lead or management role
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration, Azure AD, and MDM platforms
- Hands-on experience with network infrastructure and systems management
- Experience with IT security and compliance policies (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
- Experience supporting a distributed workforce
- Ability to manage vendor contracts, licensing, and IT spend
- Experience with endpoint lifecycle management and IAM
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Proactive problem solving for scalability and efficiency
