Job Summary
Draft and review all types of agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents while safeguarding business operations across several jurisdictions. Advise on IP and personal data matters, research and evaluate risk factors for business decisions, and guide investment activities. Assist Sales and other departments during negotiations and approval phases with clients, partners, and suppliers. Requires a law degree, five years of experience in IT or commercial law, and upper-intermediate English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in law
- Proven track record and 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in IT)
- Solid experience in commercial and civil law, including client agreements, tenders, and legal support of investments
- Expertise in IP law
- Detail-oriented mindset
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
