Job Summary
Lead IT and OT infrastructure projects in a large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, including greenfield manufacturing site deployment with advanced automation and smart factory systems. Responsible for coordination across multiple workstreams and vendors, managing scope, budget, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables; ensure compliance with company standards, security policies, and quality requirements. Drive deployment of network, server, workplace, security, and data center infrastructure; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; manage changes and escalations; facilitate communication among technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and senior leadership; maintain governance documentation and project artifacts; contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing IT Infrastructure projects in enterprise environments
- Knowledge of GxP-regulated environments and FDA compliance requirements
- Experience with IT/OT integration and data center projects
- Strong networking, server, security, and workplace computing knowledge
- Ability to collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and leadership levels
