Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager – Smart Manufacturing Facility (GxP) - located in Bend, Oregon

Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of IT and OT infrastructure projects within a large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, including greenfield and brownfield initiatives. Responsibilities include managing project scope, budget, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables; coordinating infrastructure implementation across multiple workstreams and vendors; collaborating with Engineering, Quality Control, Manufacturing, Logistics, Automation, and other functions; ensuring infrastructure solutions comply with company standards, security policies, and quality requirements; driving deployment of network, server, workplace, security, and data center infrastructure; identifying risks and implementing mitigations; managing changes, dependencies, issues, and escalations; facilitating communications with technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and senior leadership; maintaining documentation and adhering to PM methodologies; supporting continuous process improvement. Required experience delivering complex IT Infrastructure projects in enterprise, validated manufacturing environments with knowledge of GxP and FDA compliance; strong foundations in LAN/WAN, networking, servers/storage, cybersecurity, and IT/OT integration. Prefer background in Life Sciences/pharma/biotech and Industry 4.0 or IoT in manufacturing.
