Job Summary
Senior IT Infrastructure Manager responsible for defining and owning the enterprise monitoring and observability strategy, architecture, and governance. Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of monitoring platforms across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and end-user experience; drive proactive issue detection, reduce MTTR, and enable data-driven decisions. Partners with IT, Security, and Business teams to ensure scalable, cost-effective architectures, integrates with ITSM/CMDB/CI/CD, defines alerting standards, and translates telemetry into actionable insights for leadership. Requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to manage large-scale enterprise monitoring initiatives; proficient in modern observability tools and multi-cloud environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT operations, monitoring, observability, or infrastructure engineering
- 3+ years of people management or technical leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure, application, and cloud monitoring; observability concepts (metrics, logs, traces, SLIs/SLOs); incident, problem, and change management processes; experience managing enterprise platforms at scale (thousands of hosts or services)
