Job Summary
Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to lead Microsoft 365 administration in a hybrid cloud/on-prem environment. Responsible for Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Apps; manage identity, authentication, MFA, and hybrid identity solutions; design SharePoint governance and architecture. Develop PowerShell automation for user lifecycle, licensing, and monitoring; leverage Microsoft Graph API to improve efficiency. Maintain hybrid Microsoft 365 and on-premises infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization. Oversee Hyper-V, backup and disaster recovery, incident response, and documentation. Serve as Tier III escalation resource and collaborate across teams to drive operational excellence and security in a senior IT role.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, systems engineering, infrastructure engineering, or enterprise systems administration
- Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and hybrid identity environments
- Experience supporting Active Directory, Windows Server, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms
- Hands-on PowerShell scripting and automation experience
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API, automation frameworks, and process optimization
- Experience with backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and enterprise infrastructure support
- Experience with Workspace ONE or similar Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage complex technical initiatives while collaborating effectively across multiple teams
