Manage LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN infrastructure while configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and security appliances. Monitor network performance, availability, and outages using Zabbix and Grafana to ensure continuous operation. Administer Windows and Linux servers, VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox environments alongside Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Oversee AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure, implementing backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions. Enforce security compliance by managing endpoint security, EDR/XDR, vulnerability remediation, and performing incident root cause analysis. Automate routine tasks with PowerShell, Python, and APIs while maintaining SOPs, network diagrams, and asset records. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure audit compliance.
