Job Summary
Direct and optimize implementation teams for the Commercial HVAC Business Unit, managing prioritized work across CRM, eCommerce, and field service tools. Lead large, high-performing teams by implementing performance strategies, planning compensation, and overseeing the full hiring lifecycle. Drive project execution and continuous improvement by aligning roadmaps with business objectives, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring disaster recovery readiness. Facilitate employee growth through mentorship and training while maintaining high accuracy in forecasting and schedule adherence. Work onsite Monday through Thursday with flexible Friday options within a forward-thinking environment focused on innovation and sustainability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 10 years of experience in managing people, projects, and business relationships within an IT organization
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry
- Adept in Agile Development & project management methodologies and tools
- Strong knowledge of performance management, compensation planning, and HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to navigate high-visibility situations with a calm, objective mindset, ensuring teams remain focused while effectively communicating critical updates to senior and executive leadership
- Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of contract management, vendor relationships, and service level agreements
