Job Summary
Senior ERP Analyst (SAP S/4HANA OTC) responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP OTC processes (sales order entry, pricing, availability, delivery, billing, credit & collections) and ensuring seamless integration with external systems via IDocs, middleware, and APIs. Partners with business stakeholders and IT/integration teams to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications (WRICEF), lead system design, build, testing and go-live activities, drive SAP-to-external-system integrations (IDoc/EDI/middleware), provide post-go-live support, govern data (material, customer, pricing), implement continuous improvements, develop training materials, and participate in project planning and change control. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of SAP OTC/SD experience, SAP S/4HANA exposure, strong integration expertise, and ability to work onsite four days weekly from listed US locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 6 – 8 years of hands-on SAP OTC/Sales & Distribution (SD) functional roles; including recent experience in SAP S/4HANA environments
- Experience with full-life-cycle SAP implementations (preferably S/4HANA) and sustainment support
- Experience designing and supporting system integrations (IDocs, middleware, EDI, APIs) between SAP and external systems (e-commerce portals, CRM, trading partners)
- Expert knowledge of SAP SD/OTC configuration: order types, item categories, schedule lines, deliveries, billing, pricing procedures, output determination, credit management
- Familiarity with project lifecycle and change management methodologies (testing, cut-over, support)
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage with both technical and business audiences
- Onsite work four days a week from one of listed locations
