Job Summary
Senior IT Engineer Network role responsible for designing and implementing enterprise LAN/WLAN networks and advanced Voice solutions (VoIP, SIP trunks, Cisco Voice, Webex Calling, Teams telephony), leading complex projects, ensuring global Voice operations, and providing expert-level support across multiple sites. Key duties include supporting, maintaining, and configuring global communications and Voice infrastructure; managing corporate mobile contracts; implementing LAN/WLAN architectures; ensuring high Voice quality with QoS, VLANs, routing, and redundancy; monitoring performance; collaborating with vendors and internal teams; creating documentation; driving incident resolution and problem management; contributing to automation and continuous improvement; leading Voice and network projects across global sites; conducting product research and vendor/tool evaluations; providing support for global plants/offices and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- CCNP certification or equivalent professional experience
- 5 - 7 years of experience in large enterprise network environments
- Solid knowledge of LAN/WLAN, routing protocols, and network security
- Hands-on experience with Cisco network devices and Cisco Voice solutions, Teams Calling
- Experience with VoIP architectures, SIP trunking, and QoS for Voice
- Experience with Webex Calling or Microsoft Teams telephony
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis within ITSM processes
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Willingness to learn and grow further
- Nice to have: Network automation skills (Ansible, Terraform)
