Supports on-prem Active Directory with Microsoft 365, AWS services, modern endpoint management, and enterprise SaaS applications. Key responsibilities include architecting and maintaining AWS (IAM, EC2, S3, VPC), managing hybrid Microsoft 365/AD services, Windows Server administration, configuring enterprise networks and security tools, incident response, Tier 3 escalation, and leading IT infrastructure projects while developing runbooks and automation. Leadership duties encompass mentoring junior staff, coordinating workload, budgeting, policy drafting, and ensuring uptime/SLA performance.
