Job Summary
Senior IT Developer responsible for managing day-to-day operations on the OWLS system to deliver services and meet objectives. Develop and maintain SQL reports and templates, conduct unit and system testing, and work from detailed business specifications. Train and assist users, provide end-user support, and ensure system security and user management. Collaborate with IT teammates to monitor operations, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver automated workflows to improve technology and business processes.
Required Qualifications
- 3/4-year IT qualification
- Computer and Information Science/Information Technology/ MIS/ Computer Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years IT experience
- Advanced SQL programming training
- Experience with SQL programming and database systems
- Experience delivering automated workflows and IT system solutions
- Ability to work with detailed business specifications
- Experience in end-user training and support
- Knowledge of financial/insurance business is advantageous
