Job Summary
Lead and coordinate the setup of interfaces to applicant management systems for classical and programmatic job postings and applicant processes. Collaborate with developers, Customer Service, and clients; monitor and assure quality of existing interfaces; initiate actions when errors occur; manage projects and daily tasks via internal systems and ticketing. Requires IT training or degree (or comparable qualification) and 2-3 years in tech customer support with API familiarity; strong XML/JSON/HTML skills; fluent German and English.
