Job Summary
Analyze and define business processes and architecture to support complex system transformations for financial service clients. Optimize end-to-end processes and derive robust IT architecture targets while leveraging AI-supported tools for API specifications, data mapping, and system prototyping. Design system architectures adhering to API-first, microservices, and security standards like OAuth 2.0. Lead workshops with cross-functional teams to align technical and business requirements. This role operates within crossbuilders' Financial Services and Insurance focus, where consulting serves as an independent business model to position proprietary solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in Beratung, Business Analyse oder Facharchitektur im Umfeld von Financial Services
- Verstehen der fachlichen und regulatorischen Herausforderungen (z. B. Funktionstrennung) der Finanzwelt
- Sicherer Umgang mit Prozessmodellierung und der Ableitung von technischen Anforderungen aus fachlichen Needs
- Souveräner Kommunikator mit „Hands–on“–Mentalität
- Motivation, KI–Tools (z. B. claude cowork/ code oder openai frontier) einzusetzen, um die Effizienz in der technischen Dokumentation oder im Delivery–Prozess zu steigern
