Job Summary
Transform client business processes by identifying and implementing innovative AI-based solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and adaptability. Analyze and map existing technology-driven workflows, then design optimized processes using AI. Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for AI implementations. Collaborate with development teams, process owners, and mentors to create and test AI solutions while maintaining comprehensive project and process documentation. Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with LLM/agentic solutions in production (not just PoC/demo)
- Agentic automation feasibility assessment
- Agent workflow design (human-in-the-loop, escalation conditions), building metrics and evals
- Cost/TCO analysis
- Agents monitoring
- Excellent English and Polish skills
