Senior IT Business Analyst (Trading & Supply – Endur)

Job Summary
Partner with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements while translating needs into functional and technical specifications. Support Endur implementations, enhancements, and production initiatives by coordinating solution design, testing, validation, and deployment activities. Analyze existing business processes to recommend improvements and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with developers, architects, vendors, and QA teams while participating in Agile ceremonies. This role requires 10+ years of IT experience and 4+ years as a Business Analyst within Trading & Supply or Commodity Trading environments, with hands-on Endur platform expertise.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- 4+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong experience in Trading & Supply or Commodity Trading environments
- Hands-on experience with the Endur platform
- Experience with one or more of the following: Cmotion
- Experience with one or more of the following: Deal Capture (Front Office)
- Experience with one or more of the following: Settlements & Accounting (Back Office)
- Experience with one or more of the following: Tax
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
