Job Summary
Gather, analyze, and understand business needs to lead process improvement projects using six sigma methodologies and analytics. Act as a liaison between business and IT groups to develop complex detailed requirements, build process flow charts, and facilitate gathering sessions for new system implementations. Formulate solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness, while conducting feasibility studies to justify automation. Mentor and train less experienced Business Analysts, develop test plans for user acceptance testing, and assist in building PMO processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Computer Science, Business, Business Process Improvement, Informatics or Engineering
- Five (5) years or more Business Analysis or Project Management
- Five (5) years or more Experience in Systems Development and Project Management preferred
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Different business analysis techniques
- Advanced Ryder business knowledge / practices / processes
- Travel
