Job Summary
Define and drive the enterprise Cloud & AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology roadmaps. Lead the adoption of cloud-native platforms and services, establishing best practices for scalability, governance, and operational excellence. Identify, evaluate, and implement AI capabilities and use cases that deliver measurable business value across customer-facing and agent-facing platforms. Establish and govern enterprise architecture standards, AI governance frameworks, and responsible AI practices. Partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategic priorities into scalable Cloud and AI solutions. Act as a trusted advisor and bridge between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in software engineering, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices
- Proven experience in designing and governing Cloud & AI architectures on platforms such as GCP and/or AWS
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, platform engineering, and governance frameworks
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies
- Experience identifying and implementing AI-driven use cases that deliver measurable business value
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead transformation initiatives, influence decision-making, and drive innovation across cross-functional teams in a complex enterprise environment
- Demonstrated commitment to staying current on emerging Cloud, AI, and industry trends
