Job Summary
Operate and develop the Atlassian platform (Jira, Confluence, JSM, Compass, JPD) to ensure stable and efficient processes. Design multi-site architectures, workflows, and automations while establishing governance, policies, and templates to secure standards. Support users through change management, onboarding, and training, and coach colleagues on platform improvements. Advise Product Owners and teams on optimal solutions, manage GitHub administration, and handle workflow design, identity management, and third-party integrations. Requires multi-year experience with Atlassian Cloud Enterprise, scripting, and ITSM processes. Full-time or part-time role in Berlin with 30 days vacation and 10 days abroad.
Required Qualifications
- mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb und in der Weiterentwicklung von Atlassian Cloud in komplexen Unternehmensumgebungen
- Expertise in Atlassian Cloud Enterprise, Multi-Site-Strukturen und Automatisierung (z. B. Scriptrunner, Automation, Forge, REST APIs)
- im Workflow-Design, Identity & Access Management und in der Integration von Drittsystemen bist du sicher
- Erfahrung mit Governance-Modellen, Policies und Operating-Modellen in großen Organisationen hast du gesammelt
- Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden und deren Anwendung in Projekten und im Tagesgeschäft zeichnen dich aus
Desired Qualifications
- idealerweise verfügst du über Atlassian-Zertifizierungen (ACP-Level) sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2/C1)
