Job Summary
Manage and evolve the company's ERP system (Microsoft Business Central) by implementing requirements from procurement, sales, and finance processes. Conduct analysis and optimization of existing applications and interfaces, while executing tests, rollouts, and change documentation. Perform error analysis and debugging to support monthly and annual closing procedures. Collaborate closely with application owners, process owners, and internal business units on international projects to harmonize the IT landscape across CRM, project, HR, and customer support systems.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Betreuung von ERP-Systemen
- praxiserprobte Kenntnisse bei Updates, Rollouts, Tests und Dokumentationen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse mit Microsoft Business Central (cloud / onprem)
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Themen verständlich zu erklären und Anforderungen präzise aufzunehmen
- Erste Erfahrungen aus ähnlichen Projekten oder Systemeinführungen
- Offenheit für Veränderung und Weiterentwicklung
- Hohe Eigeninitiative
- Freude am Eintauchen in komplexe Systeme
- Spaß an Herausforderungen mit starkem Fokus auf Lösungsorientierung
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung mit MS 365, Dynamics oder Power Platform
- Skills in PowerAutomate oder Azure DevOps
