Job Summary
Lead and contribute to SAP Authorization and Secure Access projects, including design, build, and implementation of role-based access models across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. Develop and maintain robust SAP authorization concepts with a strong risk-based and compliance-driven approach across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Business, IT, Compliance, and external partners to align secure access strategies and operating models. Drive continuous improvement of SAP role design, governance processes, and access control frameworks, ensuring alignment with evolving business requirements. Oversee external resources and ensure high-quality delivery of access management services within agreed SLAs and compliance standards. Monitor and mitigate access-related risks, including segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts, while strengthening governance and audit readiness. Support rollout activities, user onboarding, and training, contributing to long-term scalability and operational excellence of SAP access management.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in SAP Access & Security within SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments
- Strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control, risk management, and user provisioning tools such as SailPoint
- Solid understanding of SAP authorization concepts (e.g., PFCG, SU01), and RBAC frameworks
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and delivering projects in global, matrixed environments
- Degree in Computer Science or a related IT field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g., GxP) and knowledge of IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is an advantage
