Senior IT and Security Administrator

Design, implement, and maintain robust network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN services while configuring routers, switches, and firewalls. Monitor servers in virtual and cloud environments, manage Linux-based systems, and lead the deployment of security tools such as IDPS, SIEM platforms, and access control systems. Perform regular risk assessments, vulnerability management, and penetration testing to mitigate technical risks. Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and manage staff onboarding and offboarding processes for secure provisioning and de-provisioning. Participate in security incident investigations, provide technical mentorship to junior staff, and support departmental needs like deploying off-site networks for events.
