Job Summary
Lead support activities, root cause analysis, and project process improvements for product development and supply chain initiatives. Define business requirements, execute configuration and testing, and create functional specifications and test scripts. Provide user support for NAM and global regions while maintaining compliance with system access and change control policies. Deliver training on application platforms and interfaces. Requires proficiency in SQL, Core Java, and PLM/PDM tools; 8+ years of experience in IT analysis or product development. Remote role in India with off-hours support rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Related experience of working as an IT Analyst or Senior IT Analyst
- Min 8
- Proficiency in SQL statements and root cause analysis skill
- Proficiency in Core Java programming and Struts framework for building/modifying robust web applications
- Related experience in Product Development and Enterprise Supply Chain Management Software such as PLM, PDM, 3D, Smartsheet
- Core App Knowledge (sheets/reports/dashboards)
- Advanced Formula Knowledge
- Premium App Experience/Knowledge
- Data Mesh Pivot App Calendar App Data Shuttle
- Experience in developing dynamic web pages using Java Server Pages (JSP) and Hypertext Markup Language (HTML)
- Related experience in Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Flow, Power Automate and Share point Excel Macro and VB scripting
- Deep knowledge of product development (ideation, conceptualization, design, development, testing)/sourcing and manufacturing processes and functions within an apparel environment
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to effectively plan, execute, and monitor product development projects
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles encountered during the product development process
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach
- A customer-centric mindset to prioritize features and enhancements that address customer needs and drive product success
- Bachelor's degree in related field or other relevant experience
