Job Summary
Support and maintain HPC environments for modeling, simulation, and advanced analytics while ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performance digital platforms. Collaborate with global IT teams to onboard laboratories and instruments, manage user access governance, and implement new technology solutions. Serve as the primary owner for HPC compute, storage, and network infrastructure, integrating cloud platforms and assisting with scientific tools like LIMS and ELN. Minimize instrument downtime through fast, efficient remote support and adhere to established IT governance standards across centers. This role requires 5 years of system administration experience, knowledge of Linux and cloud services, and advanced English conversational skills. Located in São Paulo with a hybrid model of two remote days and three onsite days.

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with operating systems such as Red Hat, SUSE Linux, Ubuntu, and Hadoop
- Experience with IT infrastructure supporting development laboratories, including desktops, servers, and instrument-connected systems
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, and others)
- Experience with identity and access management, particularly Active Directory (AD)
- 5 years prior system administration experience
