Job Summary
Administer, maintain, and develop the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Intune, Defender Suite, and Entra ID, while ensuring system stability through patch management and lifecycle updates. Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot cloud environments; maintain security standards using PowerShell for process automation and create technical documentation. Lead planning and delivery of IT projects in the Modern Workplace and cloud space, reporting directly to the IT Support & Administration Team Lead. This hybrid role in Poland involves 2–3 days at the Luban office with occasional HQ visits in Germany.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, Defender and Intune
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, Intune, Defender Suite, Entra ID)
- Experience with Azure AD security concepts: Conditional Access, Endpoint Security
- Solid PowerShell scripting and automation skills
- Experience working in cloud-only or hybrid environments
- Self-driven, accountable and structured in your approach to work
- English: C1 level
