Job Summary
Senior IS Technical Business Consultant to partner with internal stakeholders, shape complex infrastructure demands, and translate them into solutions leveraging ABB’s global IS services. Acting as both a trusted technical consultant and business relationship manager for non-standard IS demand, you will drive transparency, evangelize IS services, promote reuse over bespoke solutions, and focus on Cloud, Datacenter Hosting, and Networking within a hybrid work model.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science/ technical area
- 5+ Experience in infrastructure and business sales/ consultancy
- Certifications required: ITSM, ITIL4
- Certifications preferred: Project/ Portfolio Management
- Must have demonstrated technical knowledge in Cloud, On-Premise Hosting, Networking at an enterprise level
