Job Summary
The Senior IS Project Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing moderate to large, complex projects focused on BioMed/Clinical Engineering initiatives. This role involves acting as the primary liaison between BioMed/CE stakeholders and managing resources for effective project execution.
Required Qualifications
- BioMed / Clinical Engineering experience — MUST HAVE.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-functional projects.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders, build collaborative relationships, and drive decision-making.
- Experience coordinating with vendors and overseeing device lifecycle from planning to installation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with minimal supervision.
- Experience with Nuvolo, TRB assessments, and medical device integration workflows.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with project documentation, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Experience supporting construction-related technology implementations.
- Background in IT project management or clinical informatics.
