Job Summary
Senior IP Attorney with 5-8 years in licensing and commercial partnering transactions for life sciences technology. Responsible for representing biotechs and big pharma in patent licensing and collaborations progressing therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostics, and digital health technologies through clinical trials toward regulatory FDA approval; negotiate complex standalone commercial transactions; work closely with founders to develop cutting-edge technologies and transform participants; contribute to both life sciences and broader tech sectors. Must have WA Bar admission (or eligibility to waive in or take next available WA Bar exam) and demonstrate superior academic credentials along with excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Located in Seattle, WA (on-site) with compensation in the range of $365,000–$445,000 plus potential bonuses; benefits available upon request.
