Senior iOS Engineer – Social Apps

Job Summary
Design, implement, and maintain scalable iOS features in a high-impact environment, driving end-to-end ownership from technical design through deployment and business impact measurement. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, Android, and Backend teams to ship world-class features used by millions, while owning app performance, stability, and continuous optimization. Co-create the product experience with a focus on smooth animations and polished interfaces, leveraging a data-driven approach to maximize business impact. Continuously innovate on the iOS tech stack and explore AI opportunities to enhance the user experience within a startup-minded squad dedicated to shaking up the video platform ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of IOS development with strong mastery of modern architectures and engineering best practices
- Proven track record building high-traffic B2C apps (ideally social, media, or entertainment)
- Product mindset: genuine passion for crafting exceptional user experiences (smooth animations, polished interfaces)
- Data-driven approach: you make decisions based on metrics and analytics
- Pragmatic and results-oriented: you know how to find smart shortcuts to maximize business impact without sacrificing quality
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Desired Qualifications
- French is a plus
- Experience integrating AI/ML features into mobile applications
- Strong knowledge of modern frameworks: Swift and SwiftUI
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
- Rapid iteration culture and continuous shipping mindset
- Contributions to open-source projects or tech leadership in IOS communities
