Job Summary
Lead major Neighborhoods mobile workstreams across Cash App and Square Point of Sale, shaping technical direction for features that connect customer discovery with seller ordering and fulfillment. Drive cross-team architecture and execution with Square and Cash App engineers to deliver seamless integration of loyalty, marketing, and ordering capabilities using SwiftUI, Workflow, and related technologies. Partner with backend, web, and Android teams to ship high-quality features while mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar. Lead as an AI-native product engineer by using AI tools for prototyping, test generation, and debugging, and scale practical AI-assisted workflows for cross-codebase feature work and rapid iteration.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience with iOS engineering design and implementation
- deep Swift and Objective-C experience
- Experience leading iOS architecture with unidirectional data flow
