Senior Investor Services Analyst

Senior Investor Services Analyst role within Gen II's operations team. Responsibilities include acknowledging and responding to client inquiries, reviewing onboarding and investor activity documentation, maintaining investor records across multiple systems, preparing ad-hoc and recurring reporting and notices for sponsor funds and investors, processing capital calls and distributions, and training less experienced associates while providing first-level review of deliverables. The position requires strong attention to detail, time management, and a focus on delivering excellent client service in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment; excellent communication skills and familiarity with investor portals and CRM tools are a plus. The role operates on a hybrid schedule (three days in office, two days remote) in Denver, CO, US.
