Job Summary
Senior Investment Specialist responsible for ownership of equity strategies/franchise, acting as the key interface between portfolio managers/investment directors and Fidelity’s client-facing teams. Deliver investment narratives and client materials, conduct deep fund analysis to explain performance and risk, and integrate cross-asset perspectives to connect investment outcomes to cross-capability drivers. Collaborate across IM, Distribution, Marketing, and RFP teams to ensure governance, consistency, and timely responses; contribute to cross-capability materials and business development efforts; utilize tools such as Bloomberg, Eikon, Datastream, and FactSet to support client messaging. Location: Hong Kong office with flexible working arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Strong equity investment knowledge
- Ability to explain an equity PM’s investment process and outcomes
- Experience producing client materials (market/portfolio narratives) and partnering with investment teams
- Familiarity with Bloomberg / Eikon / Datastream / FactSet is helpful but not required
- CFA or CFA ESG preferred or willingness to study for related qualifications
