Job Summary
Co-develop Lynceus Partners' presence in the Swiss German region by driving client acquisition and retention strategies with family offices and independent asset managers. Deliver cross-asset solutions including private debt and private equity to enlarge and diversify client portfolios while promoting the firm's financial expertise and technological capabilities. Account for commercial strategy on this market and translate identified client needs into investible investment ideas. Leverage a strong internal support team to serve clients effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Master/Bachelor degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Engineering
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in offering investment solutions to an institutional client based in the Swiss German region of Switzerland
- A working knowledge of the private assets market
- Fluent English and Swiss-German
