Job Summary
Senior Investment Risk Analyst responsible for regular/ad-hoc risk reports, monitoring pension-fund allocations and performance, and analyzing risk across investment portfolios. Contributes to risk framework development, ESG risk analysis, market risk modeling (interest rate, liquidity, spreads), and investment performance attribution. Supports risk management processes, ensuring compliance with investment policy limits, and collaborates with Risk Manager and CRO. Requires proven investment risk analysis experience, strong risk-management knowledge, advanced Python statistical ability, CFA/PRM/FRM/CAIA or equivalent, and fluent English; offers flexible/remote-friendly setup with hybrid work in Vilnius, Lithuania, and preference for candidates located in the Baltics. The role emphasizes professional development, cross-team collaboration, and delivering timely analyses and tools for ESG metrics and risk reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in investment risk analysis
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and frameworks
- Higher degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics (preferred)
- Professional certifications such as CFA, PRM, FRM, CAIA, or equivalent in investment, risk, financial markets
- Experience with statistical analysis and programming tools (e.g., Python) at professional level
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent English in spoken and written communication
